Episode 7 – Healing Framework

I have done so much work to heal my body! This episode is a high-level list of many of the different teachings, practices and modalities I’ve used to get where I am today: Off of dialysis and having cancelled a kidney transplant (which is unheard of)! It occurred to me that my listeners would greatly benefit from seeing the big picture at once, upfront… so it doesn’t seem like such a mystery. In future episodes, I will dig into the specifics of how each of these, and other things, work and how they can work for you too.

First and foremost, healing your body starts with healing your mind and your emotions! I can’t stress this enough. In some cases, emotional and trauma healing alone will completely heal your body. Hello, gorgeous souls, and welcome back to the My Inner Tiger podcast. So I know that I say this a lot, but I’m super excited about today’s episode and here’s why. My husband who’s so sweet. He listens to all of my episodes as they come out in his car. He said, you know, I think people really want to know like a clear picture of how you actually healed your body. And so all of the podcasts leading up to now have, you know, talked about small little pieces of that. I think it makes sense. I think he’s onto something and I think it would make sense to give you guys just a really big picture of all of the different things that I’ve done to get me where I am today without going into great detail, because we would, this would be, you know, 25 hours long podcast if I went into detail about all of these things, but I just want to give you a really, really high level of all the different things I have done to get me to where I am today and before hitting record just now I was writing page after page, after all of all of the things that I have done thus far. And this list is still growing because as of today I still only have 14% kidney function. So I still have a long way to go. And my healing journey is by no means over. The good thing about where I am today is that I have gotten off of dialysis. I have been able to cancel my kidney transplant. So I’ve had insane progress, right. But I still have a long way to go. And my kidneys cannot function at the level that they are functioning at now forever.

They are working so hard right now to do what they’re doing. And it’s some point they will overwork themselves. And so I still, you know, no pressure, no, I have a lot of work to still do. So let’s dive right in and talk about how I healed my body from a very high level perspective. Okay. And so if I were writing a book, which I plan on doing one day, I’ve come up with a simple framework that I think makes the most sense to lay out how someone should heal their body. If they were going to, if they’re going through a healing journey and you know, this is the advice that I would give them. So wait, let me back up a little bit. Why would I give someone this advice when I first got sick, get out of the hospital and or even in the hospital really?

And I’m thinking, where do I start? Like, I was pretty good, fine up until now. All of a sudden I’m, you know, I nearly died and I’m so sick and I have to heal like where do I start? I cannot express how overwhelming that feeling was. Okay. So anyone who’s been sick or had a big diagnosis can relate to that feeling. I’m with you. I feel you. I understand you. And so what I want to do is create something for people like me, who gets sick to say here, here’s what I’ve done. Here’s how it worked for me. And looking back, here’s what I would do differently. And here’s where I would start. And boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Right? So that’s the vision. One of the visions I have for my business and for my future book and everything going forward is I want to help people who are in that position where they’re like, I have this diagnosis.

I don’t know where to start. What do I do? Right. Like in the beginning I just started, DM-ing famous people like Joe Dispenza and the medical medium. And who else is a woman who had, you know, she’s, I don’t remember her name. She had kidney failure anyway, I DMed, some pretty big people. They never got back to me. But what I found really interesting about that is I put my intention out into the universe. So I said, Hey, I am looking for healing. I am out here, here I am. And then things started to manifest and things that I needed started to come to me. So that’s the beauty in it. It can feel really overwhelming and hopeless kind of in the beginning. But trust me when I say, if you just put the intention out there and you set your mind to it, everything that you need will come to you guaranteed.

Okay. So anyway, I digress on that. So let’s start with the three foundational outline principles, I guess, as to how I would break down the beginnings of healing your body. So it starts with number one would be knowing it’s possible for you. And this is what I talked about in podcast episode three. So if you didn’t hear that, go back and listen to podcast, episode three, and you really need to understand in this knowing it’s possible for that, you are a light being, you are made up of energy, you can heal your body and find evidence that other people have done it. And therefore other people have done it. Your mind, your subconscious, your conscious can start to believe that you can do it as well. Okay. So that’s step number one is knowing it’s possible for you. Step number two is letting go of the outcome and tapping into your spirituality.

And those two things are what we dig into in episode four and five. Okay. So understanding that life is happening for you and really knowing that if you have this diagnosis or you’re really suffering from something, it’s just your body’s way of saying, Hey, wake up. Something’s not right. We need to go, we’ve got some work to do, right? So understanding that this is, you’re not doomed. This is not, you’re not unlucky. You’re not just, you know, one of the unlucky ones, cause that’s such a common thing to believe, but you have a purpose. You have a calling and this diagnosis, or this sickness that you’re going through is simply just a wake up call. And it’s like guideposts leading you to where you need to be to get to where, to your highest version of yourself. Okay. I firmly believe that with my entire heart.

So episodes three, four, and five, they cover parts one and part two. So what we’re going to dig in more to today is part three, which is the work. Okay? And the work is so extensive and all the future podcasts are going to be digging into a lot of all of this. And I’ll be having lots of guest speakers and specialists in all of these areas coming on and talking about each of these things. So this is just a really high level of all the different things I have done to heal my body. Okay. So the F for the work, I want to divide it up into two parts. Number one, the physical and emotional work and number two, all the external modalities and things that I did to get me where I am today. Okay. Physical and emotional work. Now, when I say physical work, I’m just, I’m talking pretty much about like the importance of just moving your body.

So when you’re sick, God, you don’t want to move. Right. And I’m not saying that you need to, I’m not saying that when you’re really, really sick and you need rest, that you should move your body. You don’t have to do that. So this is not a condemning message over here. I want you to know that I totally see you. I know how hard it is when you feel terrible to exercise or do anything. But if you can, just, when you have any strength at all, I want you to get out and I want you to walk, just move your body, your lymph system. Everything needs to be moving. Your

energy needs to be moving because if not, it’s just stagnant. Okay. So I made it a point that is even when I felt terrible, not every day, but most days I walked for at least 20 minutes.

Okay. Every night with my family, we would go out and we would walk. And I really think that that’s when you’re sick and you feel awful, you don’t want to do anything, right? Like you just, you feel really sorry for yourself, especially in the beginning. And you’re like, I just don’t want to do anything. Whoa is me. And I know that that’s where you naturally start. That’s normal, but get out and just trust me, get out and move your body. Your energy needs to move around your body in order for your body to heal. So if it’s just walking, do that, if you can move to a yoga, I highly recommend yoga or any kind of exercise you want. I’m not here to talk about exercise, but that’s what I mean by the physical. Now, the emotional, this is the big key. The emotional work is huge.

Now, what I have learned in this journey is that your body holds on to emotions. Okay? All of the emotions and the emotional trauma that you have experienced in your life gets stuck in your body. Okay. And this can manifest into sickness and into disease. Now this is a very, very big topic, which I am going to dive into a lot more on future episodes. Okay. But I want you to know that emotional healing can be up to 90% of your healing journey. Okay. Depending on what you’re diagnosed with and what your current circumstances are, emotional healing is almost can be almost more important than physical healing. Okay. So again, I will dive more into this in other episodes, but I want to talk about some of the things that I did to heal myself emotionally. Now, I also spoke with some people like some shamans who have told me personally that largely a lot of what I’m going through with my kidney failure has a lot to do with my trapped emotions, emotions that got stuck in my body and manifested themselves into disease.

Okay. That’s not all of it. I mean, I beat my body up pretty good growing up in my, especially in my twenties and thirties. So I absolutely take a take on the responsibility for that having a lot to do with where I am today. However, a lot of it is emotional and as I have healed my emotions, I have healed my body. And I just want fireworks to go off with this because this is such a big, huge awakening. Aha. Right. So how did I heal my emotions? Well, first let me say that I created a course on this. It’s called break free from stress and anxiety. And as I’ve gone through my emotional healing journey in this past, just over a year and a half since I was diagnosed with kidney failure, I have really come to a place where I am totally so much more free emotionally than I used to be.

Okay. I’ve healed. So, so, so much through a ton of work. And then I created a course to share with other people how they can do that. And you can find out more about it there, but yeah, definitely look into that. This is how I heal largely how I healed my body to this point. Okay. So some things that I talk about in the course, which are things that I’ve done to heal myself emotionally, a lot of forgiveness, a lot of forget, forgiveness, work, a lot of gratitude work, recognizing thoughts in the patterns and changing those thoughts and patterns, moving through grief, changing my diet meditation, which I talk a lot about in episode six, I kind of dive into a foundational piece about meditations.

You have, if you haven’t listened to that, that was such a big part of my healing journey as well. So definitely go listen to episode six and about meditation breath work, huge self-care EFT tapping. I learned how to do tapping, which is amazing journaling through all of this. Okay. So

these are just a couple of the things that I talk about in my break free from stress and anxiety course, which dig so deep into this. So absolutely go check that out if you are interested. Another thing with emotional healing was just listening to a lot of different people, online, motivational speakers, different podcasts, listening to, I love Wayne Dyer. I love Gabby Bernstein. I love Tony Robbins. I love manifestation. Babe has an amazing podcast on how to manifest anything you want in your life. Money, health, soulmates. I mean, got literally anything you want in your life.

So super soul Sundays with Oprah. I mean the list really goes on and on and on. I just was, as I was writing out notes, I just wanted to mark down a couple that came to mind. So whatever resonates with you, whoever resonates with you, still your mind with these people, with these speakers with, I mean, we all are on our own journey and we all just have to trust that the people that are brought into our lives are really great too are really here and meant for us to listen to you. So, so don’t worry and get overwhelmed with all the different people, you know, just put it out into the universe. This is what I want. This is what I need in my life. And people will come to you. They will show up in your social media. They will just show up and you’ll be led and just go with your intuition on whether wherever you feel led, everyone has different circumstances and things that they’re looking to heal and move through.

So, so go with ever whatever feels right for you books. So a couple of the books that I highly recommend for healing would be number one, dying to be me by Anita Moorjani oh my God, huge. This is one of the best books I’ve ever read. I was in tears and without breaking into too much, just trust me, go read this. Anita Moore, Johnny had cancer, severe cancer. She was very, very sick. She was on her death bed. She had a near death experience. She comes back and right when she comes back, all of her cancer has gone. It was miraculous and it’s all the things that she learned and you know, the meaning of life and the things, the ahas that she had in this near death experience. And then when she came back, all the cancer was gone. It’s just amazing.

And so I highly recommend dying to be me by Anita Moorjani. Another big book that was really impactful for me was feelings buried alive, never die by Carol Truman. I would have loved to have her on my podcast, but I think she’s dead now. So but feelings buried alive, never die. Great, great, great book. It’s all about your feelings and how they get trapped in your body and how they can manifest into disease. And there’s also an amazing script in there that she can walk you through, that you can enter what you’re feeling. It’s, it’s hard to explain, but just trust me, it’s really, really, really powerful. I have felt major instant energy shifts, reading that book and going through that script. So it’s so powerful. I really loved super attractor by Gabby Bernstein. Untamed by Glennon Doyle was just awesome.

And just coming into your full person, your full, you know, who you really are and who you are meant to be the power of now by Eckert. Totally. I actually read that before getting diagnosed with kidney failure, but it was such a foundational transformational book for me in my life that I highly recommend and that as well. So that’s just a real, really high level of the emotional work that I’ve done. So now I want to move into the actual external modalities and there’s a lot, you guys there’s a lot and still counting because there’s still others that I want to try out there. They haven’t done yet, but I just want to give you a general understanding of all of these different things that I have done. And and then I, I think that, you know, what, whatever, whichever ones

of these resonate with you and really pop out and I’ll trust your intuition here, as I’m talking through them, if any, like really you get kind of like tingles and shippers and, and like, I really want to do that.

I want you to follow that feeling and go for that and start there. Okay. Because this is, can be overwhelming to tell you all of the things I’ve done in the last, just over a year and a half, but they’re all so amazing. Or I wouldn’t put them on this list. And they’ve just, they’ve helped me tremendously to get me where I am today. I mean, I got to cancel a kidney transplant. Okay. So not many people can say that. In fact, the coordinator at my kidney transplant center, I’m pretty sure that she said she’d never had anyone just, you know, be able to just cancel their kidney transplant. Cause they just happened to get better. Right. So in zero order, okay. All of these things, these extra modalities I’m about to list off are in no order of when I did it along my path, it was just as they came my mind, I was writing them down to share with you guys.

So I will just start with EMDR, E M D R. Okay. I don’t remember what that stands for, but it’s something to do with rapid eye movement. Now this was very healing and transformational for me because of my PTSD. So I had tremendous PTSD when I got out of the hospital. If I just got a sniffle, I felt like I would go into almost a full blown panic attack. Like, oh my God, I’m going to be in the hospital again. I’m going to be sick. And I went back to the hospital after I got out for being in there for a month, I went back probably like four or five times just with freaking out about something out I was going through. Right. Like I would end up back in there all the time. And so it was just really, really tough for me.

And also I went back in there several times because I had gotten this catheter put in my stomach that was supposed to help my dialysis experience be better where I didn’t have to go to the clinic. I could do it from home and it ended up getting infected and there was all of that too. So it was just, you know, it was just awful. So E M D R really, really helped me with my PTSD after I did just one session. And I’m sure if I did more, I would have even more benefits or more success here, more success with it. But after just doing one session and it was even remotely, I did it over zoom and I would probably rather do it in person, but it was during COVID and blah, blah, blah. I had such good results that the next time I got sick, after that, I did not panic.

It was amazing. So highly recommend EMDR, especially for any kind of PTSD or any kind of trauma. It just I don’t, I can’t explain to you what it is. I’ll have someone come on in future podcasts and talk more in detail about the power of EMDR and how it really works. But just my experience highly recommended Reiki. So Reiki, if you don’t know anything about Reiki, I’m not the expert in it, but I’ve had lots and lots and lots of it for multiple sources. Okay. Even in the hospital, I had friends come in multiple friends at a time and do some Reiki on me. So it’s just, it’s really, really powerful. It clears all of your energy centers and just, you know, I, I just can’t speak highly enough about Reiki, look into it, get Reiki. You can even have it done remotely if you want.

I mean, I think in-person is always kind of better for anything, but I’ve done tons of it remotely and I highly, highly recommend it hypnotherapy. Oh man, I love hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is probably one of my favorite external modalities because it is so incredibly powerful and what it is is it, you can use it really for anything. You can use it for ending addiction. You can use it for PTSD. You can use it for healing, your body, anything because the power of your mind and your subconscious runs your show. And if you can change the subconscious, you can change

anything because I don’t think we, we don’t know how powerful our brain is and how our brain actually controls so much of what our body is experiencing. All right. So hypnotherapy, I’m going to also, of course, I’m going to have people on in the future that are hidden hypnotists and we’ll go more into this, but hypnotherapy is probably one of my top two.

I don’t even know what my other top two would be, but I love it so much. So I’m sure it has to be a top two modalities. So absolutely look into hypnotherapy. Don’t be afraid of it. I’ve heard people like be afraid of it before. I don’t think don’t be afraid of it. It’s amazing and insanely powerful. I would love to get trained in it actually. So look into it. All right. Another thing I did was unleash the power within with Tony Robbins, Tony Robbins. I love him. He’s not everyone’s cup of tea, which I don’t really understand why, because I think he’s fantastic and UPW, there’s all kinds of different things in UPW unleash the power within is what it stands for where you just break through so many limiting beliefs and, oh my God, you’re just in tears of joy and sadness and happiness the whole time.

It’s so, so powerful and transformative that, I mean, I just, everyone needs to do it like truly I did the at home version where he was doing it virtually during COVID and you know, I would love to do the in-person one as well. I have seen him in person before because she’s just, I love him. But the, the on the at-home version was just as good I think. Or, you know, did the trick, if you will. So unleash the power within or any of Tony Robins events, you know, you’ve got date with destiny business mastery, like they’re all really good. I have tons of friends that have gone to all of them and I intend to go to more of them in the future. So he’s just an amazing event person. Any event you can really go to that’s, you know, personal development, anything like that is incredibly healing.

I mean, we underestimate the power of healing, our minds and how it in turn, heals our bodies. Okay. So any outside event that you can go to, I mean, I think it’s good to go to them at least once a year, any event, really just to keep yourself fresh and you know, on your game. So also I mentioned this in episode three, Joe, Dispenza’s rewired on Gaia TV, which is an app you can get on your phone is incredible. Now it’s also on my bucket list to go see Joe Dispenza. In fact, that’s one of the biggest things that I have planned to do in my future too, is to go to Joe Dispenza’s a one week intensive and learn how to heal my body. And I mean, he’s just, he is the man. Okay. So if you don’t know who Joe Dispenza is, he was in a terrible bicycle accident, and he was paralyzed and he healed his whole body with his mind.

And he’s also a neuroscientist and he studies all this stuff with the mind, mind, body connection. And he’s just absolutely incredible. So anything you can listen to or watch or read about Joe Dispenza 100% do it. He’s life-changing. Another thing I did was I hired an intuitive, some might call it a psychic. I did this actually with a couple of different people and now growing up in a Christian, very strong Christian background. And, you know, I was a farmer missionary. I used to think that this kind of thing was like a big no-no. Right. And so I get that that’s ingrained in a lot of people’s heads, but I’ve since become a lot more open-minded and understood and read books about things on a much deeper level about intuitives and the power of intuitives and, I mean, it was life-changing for me.

I hired a couple of these people just to find out what else I could be doing to heal. Right. It’s like, I knew there was so much out there and it was overwhelming with all the information. It was like, is there anything that just comes to mind that I can be doing to heal? And one really big thing,

actually that stood out for me was one of them told me about I had a Tempur-Pedic mattress and she was like, I can see that you have a Tempur-Pedic mattress. And I don’t know if you know this, but they’re really toxic. And I did not know that. And so she was like, I’m just seeing that you need to get rid of this mattress because it’s keep holding you back from healing.

And so, I mean, thank God I did that. Right. And so now I have an organic mattress, but you know, that was a really big deal. And she said some other really amazing things that just, you know, were confirmation that I was doing the right things and just set my mind at ease. And it was just really amazing. And the thing about those people, I don’t want to go too much into this. I’ll have people speak about this in the future is they’re not there to like tell you your future. Like, that’s not what they’re there to do. It’s more to just encourage you and help, you know, if you’re, you know, if there’s anything that you’re doing that maybe is really not good for you or off the path or things that you are doing that are really good for you. Right. So it’s not scary, it’s not bad.

I know that everyone, there’s probably lots of different people who are going to have many different opinions on that, but my heart and my intuition felt completely comfortable talking to them. And so it was really wonderful for me. So I also worked with an energy Shaman, like from the mountains in Mexico. And it’s a long story how this happened, but I’ve done energy work with him a few times. And every time I do my numbers get a little bit better. It’s absolutely incredible. And he also really helped me do some stuff with or helped me understand that a lot of what I was dealing with was from emotional trauma. Like he was able to see that. And so he was like, continue working on healing, your emotions, and that will heal your body. And it has he also gave me some really good recommendations for like different teas and stuff like that, that I should be drinking.

And those have also really helped me. So anytime you can talk to any kind of shaman, oh my God. As long as it’s a good one, like, you know, do your research, but yeah, I can’t, I can’t even speak enough about that. And that’s other episodes. I’ll talk about that as well. Going forward acupuncture acupuncture is probably also one of my top two. I see an acupuncturist weekly still, and I have for the past, over a year, I love, love, love acupuncture. I’ve actually seen four different acupuncturists throughout this healing journey. And they all kind of have different ways of doing things if sort of I, to this day still see two of them. Cause I do things a little bit differently. There’s like so many different ways or like what’s the word I’m looking for methods. There’s so many different methods of Chinese medicine.

Like, I don’t know how many, like at least seven or nine, maybe like a million. I have no idea, but it’s just interesting, you know, and the thing is with healing your body, let me take a little side note here, healing your body. There’s not one way to do it. There’s like so much out there. They get all blow your mind. And so many people have so many different opinions and, and are coming from different places too. As far as like, you know, what works and what doesn’t work, like just in Chinese medicine, there’s, you know, all these different methods of doing it and they, you know, they’re not all the same, so it’s, it can get really overwhelming and frustrating. Like, you know, who’s right. Who’s wrong? Do I drink this? Do I not drink this? Do I take this? Do I not take this?

You, this is where getting in touch with your spiritual side and your intuition really comes in handy and then learning like muscle testing as well. Right. What’s right for you. You just have to trust your gut on this. Really do work to get familiar with how to listen to your body, listen to your

intuition and listen to your gut to know what’s right for you. And just take one step at a time. Okay. So don’t get overwhelmed. Do not let yourself get overwhelmed, just go with one thing at a time, whatever you feel most drawn to go toward. And don’t just do it because I loved it, do it because it feels right for you in your body. And muscle testing is a really big deal. And I will do another episode. I’m going to make a note right now on how to do muscle testing.

That has led me in a lot of, you know, different directions as far as like what to take for my healing, how to take it when to take it, what modalities to use all this different stuff your body knows your body knows. So look up muscle testing, look at YouTube videos on it. My favorite kind of muscle testing is the the lean the forward and the backward, but look up muscle testing and just, you know, I can’t spend too much time on it here. So what else have I done? So acupuncture, let me just briefly talk about acupuncture and how it basically, you have these energy channels in your body and when like, imagine like a river, right? You have a river running through your body, a tree falls down and goes into the river, the rivers flowing. And then when it hits that tree, the waters get really rippled and it kind of, you know, disturbs the flow of the river, right.

That’s sort of what it’s like when you have energy blocks in your, in your energy channels and acupuncture takes the needle and basically gets rid of the tree. So that’s a little kindergarten understanding of what it sort of is like, but it’s absolutely an amazing process. I love it. And I cannot highly recommend it for healing, anything, physical, emotional, all of it, all of it. It’s really good. Another thing I’ve learned to do is tapping and EFT tapping. So I will also be having someone on the show to talk about this. I learned from a guy named Chad. He was amazing. And let me also point out that a lot of these modalities are in, they break free from stress and anxiety course that I mentioned above that I created at the, in the last module, I have coupon codes to a lot of these people.

And so you only get these coupon codes for taking the course. So keep that in mind. It’s such a great deal that, you know, I mean, I just can’t express it enough, how amazing it is. And so, yeah, just a little side note there. Okay. So back to tapping, tapping is incredible for anxiety, any kind of emotional instability that you’re feeling you can just, when you learn how to do tapping, you can just bust it out. Anytime you’re feeling anxious or anything throughout the day, any time, it’s just really amazing, highly recommend tapping.

I bought a Healy, which is a little device that gives out frequencies, right? So this is, it’s really amazing. And it’s really hard to explain what it does. I, I sell it and I still don’t even really fully understand how to explain it. I just use it and I can tell the benefits it’s look up the Healey, if you want to just Google it, but it’s this little device and you attach the wires to your skin through these little like wristbands and you set it on different frequencies to heal different parts of your body. So like it has a kidney frequency, which I do all the time, and I know that that’s dramatically helped me heal, but it can be for anything like healing, your emotions, healing. Oh my God. Like, I think there’s like hundreds of different things. You can put it on to, to heal and change the frequency or help you sleep or like anything.

And skin beauty, like it’s, it’s, I, I’m going to do a whole other episode on the Healy, trust me. It’s incredible. It’s the frequencies and it will change the frequency of your body, which will heal you. And so it’s really groundbreaking technology.

Then there’s the BEMER: B E M E R. This is a mat that you like lay on. It also has these like little treatments and it’s electromagnetic therapy, I think is what it is if I get that wrong. I apologize, but look up a Bemer. This is like something typically costs, I think like $6,000. In the beginning of my healing journey, when I first got out of the hospital, I was gifted with the owner of the spa told me I could come lay on the Bemer at the spa for, you know, every day, if I wanted to help me heal. And I did for about two months, two, three months until COVID hit and then, you know, I stopped going, but now I’m doing it again. And actually using a friends and getting ready to purchase my own. And it is absolutely incredible. It’s the technology is just mind blowing. Look up Beamer. Again, I will have someone talk about this on the podcast.

Radical Remission. I talk about this a little bit in episode three, I couldn’t remember the name of the course that I took, but it’s called radical remission and it was it’s a book and it’s also occasionally a course.

And I think we have a Facebook page too, so you can join that. But basically what it is is this woman set out to interview hundreds and hundreds, maybe thousands of people who had healed their body from cancer and out what they did. And so it’s just this like 11 section framework for all the different things that they did to heal their body. And I took that course and it was awesome. And also what’s interesting about that is that every single thing, when I did take the course, every single thing that they listed I was already doing. So it was like really confirmation that like, God was totally leading me in my own path. And, you know, I mean, I was headfirst into healing my body. So it was just so cool that all the things they talked about, I was already doing it was insane confirmation.

And, but it’s such a great place to start. If you’re in the beginning of your healing journey, look into radical remission, do it, do it, do it. Okay. Body code. So this is probably my third favorite. Maybe. I don’t know. They’re all my favorite body code I’ve worked with so far three different body code technicians that can also be called emotion code healing code. There’s a book called emotion code from the, the founder of it. So it’s so interesting how this works. So your body, as I said before, holds all of the emotions that you have experience like the, the extreme emotions that you’ve experienced in your life, your body holds onto it. Okay. It also holds onto emotions that have been passed down from generations. Okay. So what a body code practitioner does, and they can do this remotely is they tap into your energy with your permission and they go through and they basically ask your body.

And there’s like this whole map, like columns and rows what, you know, what it means what’s holding onto what needs to be released. And there’s so much stuff you guys, I don’t know that you can ever fully be like, get everything out, but it will just come and show you like all the trapped emotions that you have in your body and where you’re holding them. So like, I had so much fear and anxiety trapped to my kidneys, go figure and all this stuff, and they’d basically just release it. So yeah, it sounds a little woo. I know, but this stuff is real. You guys, if you’re not

woo yet, then you need to start getting woo because there’s a lot that are, you know, modern day society. Doesn’t really talk about as far as how our body works and how our body functions and how our energy works and frequency and all of this stuff.

So it’s a whole, it’ll blow your mind to understand how all this stuff really goes down. So body code, yes. Highly recommend. That’s another one that’s in my course with a coupon code for 25% off from the practitioner. It’s amazing. Do it. All right. We got him full left. So essential oils find an essential oil practitioner. Some of the, the two best that I’ve found are young living. And I’ve done packs of like I think you do like felt, I think it’s felt where you do felt and you put like castor oil on it and frankincense or Juniper Berry. And I put it saran, wrap it to my kidneys. Right. So crazy. So things like that and just essential oil treatments in general, putting it in your water, putting it on your body anytime you’re sick, like learn how to do that.

Find a really good essential oil rep. It will, you know, it’s huge for healing, crystal bowl and sound healing. I’ve done that. That’s amazing.

Cupping done lots of cupping.

Biomagnetic pairing therapy. That is what I’ve done more recently. And I’m also a huge, huge fan of this. So it’s so interesting. Biomagnetic therapy was founded in Mexico in like, I think the eighties and the Mexican mafia ran out the, the founder of it because he was like healing, curing cancer. Right. And so, I mean, and of course, you know anything about government, you know, that they don’t want us to be healthy or heal. So and therapy is absolutely incredible. Look into it. What it does is it, and I’m not an expert. I will have people experts come on and talk about it. But what it pulls it does is it pulls out bacteria, fungus viruses Epstein, BARR, motto, like all these things that get stuck in your body, it pulls them out.

So it pulls that out and gives your body the ability to heal. So it’s incredibly for your credible, for your immune system. Okay. So highly, highly recommend biomagnetic, pairing therapy.

Ayurveda, I worked with two Ayrveda people, and I highly recommend this, especially if you’re really into like yoga and Indian tradition and stuff like that. I will say, it’s not for everyone. And it’s a lot of work, but it is a beautiful practice for healing, your mind and body. And I did this for months and months and months with a woman who’s a PhD in Ayurvedic medicine, and I highly recommend it if that speaks to you. And you’re drawn to Ayurveda, it’s an ancient Indian, like thousands of years, old, Indian tradition for healing your body.

And so really look into Ayurveda if that speaks to you. I also took a lot of supplements through my Ayurveda doctor and supplements. That’s a whole other thing. I cannot even begin to tell you all the supplements I take from my acupuncturist, my Chinese doctor, my Ayruveda doctor, my, this other woman I see who’s a primal healer. Who’s just certified in all these different things. So many supplements, so many supplements. Like I wouldn’t even, it wouldn’t make sense for me to start telling you what I take, because everyone’s going to be, you know, doing their own thing. But you know, that’s another huge part of my healing journey. Another thing I did was a salt cave. That was really fantastic. Actually, I’m, I’m going to be going back to salt caves. They just have tons of healing properties, look into it.Find a salt cave near you and just go do it. I just, I can’t even speak highly enough about salt caves.

Reflexology, counseling and coaching. Of course, I’m a big fan of coaching because I am a life coach and the power of life coaches is just beyond measure. I worked with a counselor

because of all of the PTSD that I had. And she’s the one who actually administered the EMDR. So counseling always, I mean, who doesn’t love therapy? I love therapy.

Craniosacral therapy. I have done that in the past a while back, like years ago when I was trying to get pregnant and I am a huge fan of that. I actually am scheduled to do that next month again. I had kind of forgotten about it. And then it came into my awareness. So I’m excited to do that again.

And that kind of concludes like all the things that I’ve done up to this point. And you know, I list all these things, but I’ve done all these things multiple times, so it’s not like I just did any of them. Just one time. I, I live by all of them. And so, you know, the list goes on. I mean, S ultraviolet beds, I’ve done that. Infrared saunas I’ve had infused vitamins infused into my body. Just, you know, the list really, really goes on and I’m sure that after I’m finished recording, I will remember more, but that’s you get the picture, right? So these are all different things that I have done and may have gotten me to where I am today. And, you know, a great combination of all of them has worked. You know, I got off dialysis and I canceled a kidney transplant.

So I believe in them, I wouldn’t have mentioned any of them if I didn’t fully believe in all of them. And so look into them also, I want to recommend if you are on a healing journey, watch the heal documentary on Netflix. It’s amazing. And they talk about a lot of these things as well. So you might be thinking after hearing all of these things that I’m saying, like, I can’t afford these things, how does she pay for all of these things? I can so relate to that now. I just want to give you perspective. These are all things that I have done in the past year and a half. Okay. When I first started doing them, I, I didn’t have to sit there and plan to have all the money for each of them. I took one step at a time.

I did each thing that came into my awareness that I felt drawn to do. I just did that one step at a time in a very affordable way. Okay. So I also want to point out that some of these things I did, like, I was just really resourceful for how I did them. Oh. Another thing by the way is chiropractor. I definitely see a chiropractor, highly, highly recommend chiropractors. I see them weekly anyway. Sorry. I digress. But I want you to think about how you can be resourceful to get money for this. Okay. If you’re really sick and you’re on a healing journey, think about ways that you can maybe raise money, maybe do a fundraiser, a GoFundMe page when people want to help you. Okay. just how can you save money? How can you, barter different things, you know, is like with Reiki, I’ve done lots of bartering for Reiki.

I’ve done a lot of you know, like my acupuncturist, she’s freaking amazing. And she barely charges me anything anymore. She’s just such a D become such a dear friend. And she’s just so invested in helping me heal. I didn’t ask her that that was, that’s a God thing, right? Like that’s just a blessing. And so there’s just so many different things that you can do. Don’t let the money overwhelm. You don’t think, oh, Sydney must have a lot of money. I don’t have a lot of money. I didn’t have a lot of money to do any of the things that I’ve been doing. I didn’t have a lot of money to do IVF IVF in vitro fertilization to have my child, but you know what? It was on my heart to do it. I knew that I was meant to have a baby.

And I, we stepped forward in faith that the money would come and it just happened to appear, right? This, listen, you are supported. You were fully supported by God, the universe, whatever you want to call it, don’t ever doubt that don’t ever doubt that you have everything that you need, and for whatever comes into your awareness, there’s a will. There’s a way I fully believe that you

will find the finances and the funds to be able to do whatever it is that you need to do and that your body needs you to do. Okay. But really focus on the things that you can do yourself. Go back to those things that I mentioned in the beginning about emotional healing, a lot of your healing processes, emotional, you know, I mean, it’s been proven that lots of breast cancer comes from people who you have poor relationships with their mother.

It’s like mommy issues, if you will, not to, you know, minimize the effect of that. But, but really like people who have bad relationships with their mother or have issues with any kind of issue with their mother, lots of times get breast cancer. So, I mean, this is like, these are things that Western medicine and, and people don’t want to talk about. That’s the important stuff is that our body holds onto this stuff. You guys, and back to body code. Let me give you an example about body code. It’s so interesting. One of the body code sessions I did, my practitioner said, it looks like you have physical trauma in your stomach. And I was like, interesting, physical traumas. She goes, yes. And it’s from about age 12. And I was like, age 12, physical trauma, my stomach. And I’m like, oh my God, I got beat up when I was 12 and punched in the stomach, like multiple times by this girl.

And I, my body was holding onto that trauma and she released it. That’s just one small example. I mean, I’ve had tons of body code sessions. You wouldn’t believe some of the stuff that comes out, all of it. And you know, like in, when I was age 15, I had like, that was the year my parents went through a divorce. Like it was really, really, really hard for me. And she pulled out so much sadness and frustration and anger from age 15, like, so, so, so much like a whole session was like on age 15. It was so interesting, but this is healed me so much. Right. So just what I’m trying to say is, and I know that this podcast has already been too long, so I’m going to wrap it up, but I don’t want you to be limited by money concerns, get rid of your money blocks, focus on the things that you can focus on.
